Peter is a highly experienced consultant who has headed his own business consultancy for over two decades. He gained specialist knowledge of industry management and government policy during his time working in trade and industry policy at the Commonwealth Government, as well as his role as the head of peak Australian industry associations, including amongst others, textiles and clothing, cabinet & furniture and tyre recycling.
Peter’s many high-level relationships and networks are underpinned by his analytical approach and ability to negotiate successful and mutually beneficial outcomes. His open and collaborative leadership style has allowed him to effectively advise and work alongside business owners, CEO’s, government Minsters, advisers and officials.
Peter is a passionate mentor, welcoming new ideas and providing direction and support where necessary.

Ross is an experienced program manager and business consultant. In addition to his 15+ years of industry experience, his prior role as Victorian Deputy State Manager at AusIndustry, has provided him with extensive knowledge of the R&D Tax Incentive as well as other Commonwealth government grant programs. Ross has facilitated funding for businesses to develop innovative products and processes as well as offshore investment into the Australian biotechnology sector, particularly from Japan and China.
As a reputable Principal Consultant, Ross’ analytical and pragmatic understanding of technical projects equip him with the skills and knowledge required to help businesses overcome complex challenges, helping them achieve successful outcomes from key industry grant programs.
